Matemateaonga Walkway

The Matemateonga Walkway is a nice, not very demanding walk on the North Island, a sort of linking the Mount Egmont National Park and Tongariro National Park. Both the mountains that give their names to these National Parks can be seen from the track. A tip: halfway, at the Pouri Hut, there's a great loo, or longdrop, as the Kiwi's call it. This loo has a really spectaculair view, it makes you want to sit there forever!
