Australian Pelicans

Pelicans, who doesn't know those strangely shaped large water birds? They have an enormous bill and pouch, which they use to scoop fish out of the water. They can always be found in Australia where there's water, from Tasmania in the very South up to the most Northern tip of the country. They're even at places like Lake Eyre in the centre of Australia, when it has water in it, which is not very often.. Pelicans are great flyers, and can cover huge distances in a short time.
