Devils Marbles

The Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve, or Karlu Karlu as it is called by the local Aborigines, contains formations of rounded and oval granite boulders that are of great significance to the Kaytetye people, who believe that the boulders are the eggs of the rainbow serpent The landscape is extra scenic just after sunrise and just before sunset. You can camp in the reserve so you do not have to miss sunset and sunrise. For more information about the Devils marbles click here.
